Comment

The reaction is observed only in the direction of nitrous oxide reduction. Contains the mixed-valent dinuclear CuA species at the electron entry site of the enzyme, and the tetranuclear Cu-Z centre in the active site. In Paracoccus pantotrophus, the electron donor is cytochrome c₅₅₂.
