Crystallization (Commentary)

EC Number Crystallization (Comment) Organism
2.7.1.30 crystals are grown at 20°C by the sitting-drop vapour diffusion method. Native X-ray diffraction data are collected to 2.4 A resolution using synchrotron radiation at station BL44XU of SPring-8. The crystal belongs to the rhombohedral space group R3, with unit-cell parameters a = b = 217.48, c = 66.48 A. The protein is also cocrystallized with substrates and diffraction data are collected to 2.7 A resolution Thermococcus kodakarensis
