flavopiridol a compound that increases the melting temperature of Aspergillus fumigatus UGM. Flavopiridol also is a non-competitive inhibitor of UGM, and docking studies reveal that flavopiriol binds in the adenine-galactopyranose pocket and interacts with several residues.
