TAK-442, aspirin, or clopidogrel alone have no significant effect on thrombus formation, whereas the combination of TAK-442 with aspirin and clopidogrel remarkably prolonge the time to thrombus formation without additional significant prolongation of bleeding time Rattus norvegicus
