Raf11 knockout and overexpression lines show that their phenotypes are similar to those of Raf10 knockout and overexpression lines. An ais143 raf11 double mutant exhibits stronger phenotypes than single mutants, indicating the functional redundancy between Raf10 and Raf11. Expression of many abscisic acid-associated genes, including the key regulatory genes ABI3 and ABI5, is altered in the Raf10 and Raf11 overexpressing lines.
