Koningic acid irreversible inhibition, GAPDH I : 50% inhibition by 1 mM, no effect at 0.1 mM. GAPDH II: 50% inhibition by 0.01 mM. Under conditions of koningic acid production the koningic-acid-resistant isoenzyme GAPDH I is produced. In peptone-rich medium where non koningic acid is produced the koningic-acid-sensitive isoenzyme GAPDH II is produced in addition to GAPDH 1 Trichoderma koningii
