Comment

This enzyme is involved in the biosynthesis of anandamide. It does not hydrolyse phosphatidylcholine and phosphatidylethanolamine [1]. No transphosphatidation [1]. The enzyme contains Zn²⁺ and is activated by Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺ [2].
