STORAGE STABILITY
ORGANISM
UNIPROT
LITERATURE
-20°C, 4 months
-
-20°C, approximately 70% original activity retained after storage for 3 months
-
-20°C, approximately 78% activity retained after storage for 2 months
-
-20°C, pH 7, enzyme loses activity over 24 h even in presence of EDTA, DTT, Mg2+ and Ca2+, additives which stabilizes the enzyme during purification
-
25°C, storage for 150 days, the activity of mutant T27I/S84L/V161I/H195L/G243C/A259V remains almost constant (100.5%), whereas that of the wild-type is only 21.2%
4°C, crude culture filtrate, 6 months, 20% loss of activity
-
4°C, partially purified enzyme, 1 month, 50% loss of activity
-
4°C, pH 7, enzyme loses activity over 24 h even in presence of EDTA, DTT, Mg2+ and Ca2+, additives which stabilizes the enzyme during purification
-
4°C, stable for at least 2 months after hydrophobic interaction chromatography
-
activity remains above the minimum analysis specification for at least 6 months from the date of Batch Certificate of Analysis, when stored below 20°C
-
at room temperature, after 2 days feruloyl esterases enzyme loses about 15% of its initial activity and only about one third of the initial activity remains at the end of 1 week, on refrigeration, no apparent loss of activity is found up to 4 weeks, but after 4 weeks a marginal decrease in activity (5-10%) is found. The enzyme retains almost its full activity when stored deep frozen (-20°C) for up to 4 months.
