Storage of crude enzyme solutions at -80, -20, 4 and 25°C for eight weeks reduces activity after the first three weeks of storage at all temperatures. At three weeks, residual activities are inversely proportional to their associated storage temperatures, with activity being reduced to 84, 77, 75 and 64% at temperatures of -80, -20, 4 and 25°C, respectively. Activity remained relatively stable from 4-8 weeks at temperatures of -80, -20 and 25°C.
