Crystallization (Commentary)

Crystallization (Comment) Organism
crystals are generated by the vapour diffusion in hanging drops. Crystal structure of the full-length enzyme Dpo4 in complex with heterodimeric sliding clamp PCNA1Β–PCNA2 at 2.05 A resolution. Two hinges render the multidomain polymerase flexible conformations and orientations relative to PCNA. The enzyme binds specifically to PCNA1 on the conserved ligand binding site Saccharolobus solfataricus
